A1 - The product was entered into a different warehouse than the one you are inquiring against. Check to be sure that you are inquiring against the correct warehouse.

A2 - The warehouse definition parameter is incomplete. The product was received into inventory but ended up being assigned to a non-existent or invalid warehouse. To fix, be sure all of the warehouse definition parameter required fields are correct for every warehouse you have. You may need IPUB support to show you how to get the data from the invalid warehouse to the correct one.
